Rate Schedules

  • LR-1 To single-family residences and individually metered apartments for all domestic purposes when all service is supplied through a single meter.
  • LG-1 To any non-residential customer for lighting, heating, and power purposes, and where the customer's billing demand does not exceed 100 KW during any three summer months; or 200 KW in any four months of a 12 consecutive month period; or the annual load factor for the customer does not exceed 25 percent.
  • LH To any customer for electric space heating where service is supplied through a separate meter and circuit to which no equipment may be connected, except the space heating units and the water heating unit of an electric hot water heater.
  • LP To any customer whose requirements are taken through one meter, under a contract of standard form, where the customer’s billing demand does not exceed 300 KW in any month of a 12-month period.
  • LP-1 To any customer whose requirements are taken through one meter, under a contract of standard form where the customer’s monthly demand does not exceed 20,000 KW and the customer takes delivery on the secondary side of a District Distribution Substation on the customer’s property.
  • LP-3 To any customer whose requirements are taken through one meter, under a contract of standard form where the customer’s billing demand exceeds 300 KW in any month of a 12-month period.
  • LIS To year-round irrigation service customers who will contract for five (5 HP) horsepower or more. Center pivot drive motors are eligible for this rate.
  • LIS-I To year-round irrigation service customers who will contract for five (5 HP) horsepower or more, and agree to participate in Loup’s peak reduction irrigation plan. This rate is not available for center pivot drive motors only.
  • LLS To any customer who contracts for lighting of outdoor areas not provided for by the District's Street Lighting Schedules.  Service shall be provided from dusk until dawn or approximately 4,000 hours per annum.
  • LMM-Rider The service must be provided to, billed to, and paid by a community, county, public education district or non-profit entity which is locally tax supported. Local taxes are considered those tax funds from communities or counties. State, federal and profit operating entities would not be eligible for the municipal rider discount.

Effective with bills rendered on and after April 1, 2008

  • LP-2 To any customer whose requirements are taken at a point or points determined by the District under a contract of standard form, where the customer’s monthly demand exceeds 20,000 kilowatts and the customer takes delivery on the secondary side of a District Substation on the customer’s property.
