High Efficiency Heat Pump Program

Homeowners that install a new qualified heat pump of 14 SEER or higher and 8.2 HSPF or higher will be eligible for a rebate of $200 or more depending on the SEER of the unit. The homeowner can choose the incentive OR a low 2.5% interest loan, but not both. The installing HVAC dealer can also receive an incentive payment for installations that operate within 10% of manufacturer's specifications.
