An incentive of $30 is available to those who purchase a new ENERGY STAR qualified window air conditioner. Eligible customers are -- residential, multi-family, apartments, commercial, industrial and agriculture. The application needs to include a copy of the receipt and the homeowner's / owner's signature. See below for an application form. This incentive helps pay for the cost of upgrading from a standard model to an ENERGY STAR model.
